Default Looking for some help

Hey everyone, just looking for some help in starting this diet. I'm a 20 year old male, 224lbs, 5'11. A few months ago i decided to start strength training, jogging, using an indoor bike as well as changing my diet alot. I just did the traditional keep the fat low, as well as the sugar. Didn't look at the carbs much though. At that time I weighed between 240-250 so I have managed to lose a decent amount of weight.

I dislocated my shoulder a month or so ago so I've been out of the game for awhile but recently began reading alot about the Keto diet and have been wanting to try it. I'm not sure but I guess my ideal body weight would be around 180-190lbs and i'd like to try and get there using this diet. I'm just trying to figure out what amounts of nutrition I should be taking in (protein/fats/carbs etc). I've read about eating a lot of (meat/nuts/dark green vegetables, oils etc), stuff with little to no carbs but a good source of fat/protein. I feel like I should write down what foods I need to eat at which times so it's easy to follow but I need a list to pick from. I usually work early mornings stocking shelves at a store (7-330) (8-5) so I'm fairly active through out the day. I workout as soon as I come home lifting weights followed by a bit of cardio. I would have a protein shake twice a day, multivitamin in the morning and try to drink 3 liters of water a day. I would have one day a week where I have a couple meals of whatever I want, thats basically sums it up.

Can anyone provide me with some tips/suggestions and food ideas?

Thanks very much, Kyler

I should also mention I'm going to order this book at the next chance.
