Default Keto and sickness

Last time I worked out was Friday. I wanted to take my Saturday and Sunday off although I went to a paintball field on Sunday and played war all day long (good for cardio, believe me!). But then I got sick and still am. I don't plan on working out again before Thursday.

I know we must work out with the ketogenic diet to deplete the glycogen in the muscles but what if I don't? What happens, really? It worries me a bit... Also, maybe I must say I had a cheat meal at the paintball (forgot my lunch and had to eat chicken fingers with french fries and a coke (not diet))...

I need your input, please! Thank you

when people get sick, keto diets often keep them from getting over it as fast. rise carbs to 100 g+/day and stop dieting until well

then resume dieting

Thank you! I didn't have to up my carbs, I'm feeling a lot better now. I just needed some rest, I guess!
