Default fiber subtracted from carbs during refeed??

I want to eat Fiber One cereal during my refeed.

Do I need to subtract the fiber from the net carbs and eat more carbs to make up for that?

Or can I count half a box of Fiber One as my refeed? (188 grams carbs, 105 grams fiber)

I would not suggest fiber one on a refeed, you are likely to explode.

Refeeds are better done with low-fiber, highly refined foods although everyone seems to make that mistake once of eating a bunch of high fiber foods. Then they yell at me for making them feel terrible.

Seriously, just don't.

wouldnt it be a bad idea to incorporate a lot of fiber due to its negative correlation to leptin response anyway from and objective point of view. more refined carbs would/should restore leptin level right?

pancakes and syrup!

Just say no. I tried it and don't ever want to relive that next day again in my life.
