Default RFL minus Ephedrine?

Hey,

Just about to start the RFL tommorow but I have no ephedrine and you can't get it here in the UK. Also am competing in May and they drug test so I can't take any of that stuff anyways. Does anyone know if I should be amending the diet in any way to compensate for this?

No amendments. It's not a required aspect of the diet just something to add a little extra.

ChestEze from the chemist contains ephedrine - you can only buy one pack at a time because of this. Interestingly I now also use it as designed when I have a cold/bad chest because it doesn't give me blinding headaches like Sudafed does.

Yes in the uk the only way to get it is chesteze it's 18mg per tab rather than 20 but it's sufficient. I don't like it as it actually makes me hungrier, whereas without I have no hunger. Caffeine like coffee and tea with splash of skim milk throughout is a better hunger suppressant for me.
