Default glutamine doubts?

Hello Dr Mcdonald
i'm a bodybuilder and i read your book but i didn't understand very well.
you recommend glutamine to bodybuilders in off season?how much?glutamine peptide or free form?

He would probably recommend you read his books and website, and more importantly, do some research yourself.
