Default Steroids to mitigate catabolic effects of ketosis

How possible is it to mitigate the inherent catabolic effects of ketosis with Steroids?

To be precise, 600mg Test E/EW

Regards

Ketosis is not catabolic if youre eating enough protein

I meant the circumstances surrounding the Keto Diet.

"the lack of insulin may compromise IGF-1 levels as well as affecting protein synthesis."

For example. Can Keto + Steroids Computer with a Carb including diet for muscle synthesis?

Did I stutter?

And what do you mean 'circumstances surrounding'? Like the presidential election?

KETOSIS IS NOT CATABOLIC IF YOU'RE EATING ENOUGH PROTEIN.

And systemic IGF-1 is irrelevant in adults.

What word is hard to understand here?

You're on the path to greatness, ketosis or not is irrelevant.

Fair enough, but in another thread you claim the opposite:

So which is it? Catabolic or not catabolic? And if the ketogenic diet is not catabolic, is it therefore anabolic? I ask because I have lost 100+ pounds by following a strict SKD and eating below my TDEE. If ketosis is never anabolic, I'd like to know before I waste my time upping my calories someday in a futile attempt to build lean mass.

(For the record, I'm not looking to get "big" like a bodybuilder. The chiseled and hard, but modest, frame of an MMA fighter or gymnast better approximates my fitness and aesthetic goals.)

Fine, let me rephrase
If you eat sufficient protein, you won't lose muscle on a ketogenic diet. The dietary protein will offset anything else.

That doesn't make a ketogenic diet anabolic in the sense of optimailly building muscle.
