Default Sumo deadlift form check

Hi,

As I've got my l5-s1 disk herniated since last july I switched to sumo deadlift and increased the weight slowly (I even lift more like this than I was on conventionnal stance now)

I just wanted to know if my form is ok as the weight has increased (the camera angle might not be optimal, but at least you can see my back correctly)

Here is the video and if you have even any tip that could help me to lift more weight I'll be glad to hear it.

I do a hybrid sumo for back reasons too. I think your form looks pretty good. I tend to have my head a little more neutral, but it's probably not a big deal. Hopefully it feels good on your back and you continue to get stronger!
