Default creatine question

The book mentions creatine supplementation is fine and is fine not to cycle but it gives the example of a week and a month. Would creatine supplementation long term (I am talking years) be completely fine as well? Additionally at this extended period of time, would cycling be of any use? Thank you

it will take that much longer to reach a loaded condition

and this is all in the Protein Book which you purchased, I discussed the pros and cons vs the different loading approaches.

Yea I read that part in the book but I was under the impression that was for the loading phase aspect. If I have been taking it every day for a few months now, shouldnt it already be in my system and then I am not sure if taking it on training days alone is sufficient?

Also I believe, but am not sure, that you recommend not taking it every single day on diets like UD2 (can definitely be wrong about this)

So I am just wondering, if it is already in my system, if this changes anything.
