Default "Flavoring Systems"

Aka anything you add to unflavored protein to make it delicious.

Anyone else buy unflavored protein in bulk, and flavor it yourself? All I've really tried in this department are a few of the flavors from TrueNutrition, Gatorade and Crystal Light powder. I'm looking to broaden my horizons. I see that Biotest sells a few, but they're absurdly expensive. How does Syntrax manage to make their entire product line taste like candy?

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

I've been mixing unflavored milk protein from myprotein with flavor packets found in the drinks aisle in the grocery store. Crush and jolly ranchers makes little packets of orange pineapple watermelon and green apple flavor. I buy mine at HEB which is a texas chain I'm sure you can get them from yours or walmart or whatever.

My request for new foods to try was open-ended.

Although TrueNutrition's new maple pecan flavoring is amazing, for anyone who likes the idea of a doughnut tossed into a blender.
