I feel like Week 7 was the most non -compliant. I felt "PMS-y". Bloated, tired. Had some Almonds yesterday at work , wanted to eat something. I went over my fat macros for the first time in this whole round. Next week is the last of this 8 week round, will see how it ends.
2 week break, then another 8 week round. Goal is 150.

Still feel like I am holding water, some bloat. Last week , 2 week monitored diet break with new trainer, then back on some plan. Goal was 157 , but don't think I am going to make it this round.

did u try with dandellion leaf and root?
i'm interested in detail what are you eating? what is the amount of the water you consume daily?
whats your supplementation? if any?

yes yes, i'm cruising in forums daily, paying attention to every new post

Yes I did , I drink one gallon water daily and my fitday link is in my signature.I supplement with at Thermogenic and fish oils multi.

Tomorrow starts the last load weekend for this round. I have been chewing a lot of Trident Splash gum this week and I think that has stalled me because it adds carbs. But oh well, its gum and I am not going to freak out about it because I am completely happy if SF gum is as non-compliant on this plan that I have been this week or any other week these past 8 weeks
Looking forward to working with the new trainer these next 8 weeks that I met on the BR facebook page. She will be guiding my post UD2 2 week maintenance and helping me with the next 8 week round.

Default Second 8 week cycle starts Mon 9/24

Well , I am almost off of this diet break. I am working with a trainer for this next round and maintenance and Istill have to learn how to be off plan. I am ready for the structure of dieting. So next Monday , back in for another 8 weeks.

Loved to see another female doing this, we're about the same size too.
I'm 5'8 161.8 23%BF Hips 39" waist is sitting at 25.5" hoping to drop to 18% so I can start a lean bulk.

I haven't started yet but should be ready to do so in about a week.
