Default Diet Break, Glycogen Compensation & Fat Burning

I am doing a PSMF currently so I can return to 82kg-ish for gymnastics.
I don't like moderate dieting and would rather run RFL Cat1 2 weeks on 2 weeks maintenance until I reach my goal. Means I can run mini cycles @ maintenance n regain/gain strength

I have always finished a PSMF with a large 2 day refeed as per UD2.0.

If I went straight into a 2 week diet break, perhaps slightly over maintenance, would I take advantage of the same 'metabolic trick' in UD2.0 if I kept fat extremely low throughout?

Would my glycogen stores be replenished while body fat is being used for fuel or is this only for 24 hours as a rule?

My thoughts are that fat would be used for fuel as long as glycogen levels are below a certain level but would super-compensation occur even if I spread the carb load over several days instead of as in UD2?
