Default need advice: 4th week of UD2, not looking different, constipated all the time

I should state that I am not a "noob" to the UD2, this being my 5th round (not in a row of course) within 2.5 years. Before I started UD2, I had regular bowel movement and was going everyday. But ever since I've been on the UD2, I've been having trouble going, even after carbloads. My last several experiences on the UD2, I would usually go Thursday morning, immediately after carbload on Saturday morning, and Sunday (not enough caloric intake to go during mon-wed). This round, however, I am supplementing with fiber, eating a lot more veggies, and drinking at least 3/4 a gallon of water per day. Yet I have more trouble going than ever.

Any advice? I sadly can't see a doctor/physician as I don't have health insurance and can't afford it.

I've found that Citrucel (fiber supplement) helps me a lot on low carb diets.

3/4 a gallon of water isn't that much when spread out over the course of a whole day. I drink that much by noon.
Drink more water.

holy... how much do you weight? I'm only 158 and I can barely down a gallon per day.

anyhow, all's well and done. the probiotics have really taken good effect and i'm going to the bathroom almost everyday, which i've NEVER experienced on the ud2, even a year ago when i considered my bowel movements pretty healthy. i've been skimping on the veggies too, which makes it all the more weird. should've gotten probio's sooner.

Drink some mineral water rich with magnesium. Just don't overdo it because you can get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diarrhea and that can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.

p.s. calcium can help too
