Default Peak week for “After” pics

I’ve been following UD 2.0 for the last 5 weeks and am looking for some insight on how to approach the final week of a body transformation contest. The last day is on a Monday. I’ve never done contest prep and would appreciate anyone’s input on how to approach the training, carb scheduling and water manipulation for the week. Any help would be appreciated.
