I'm starting to think DNP isn't worth it either. The two short low dose cycles I've done have helped speed up this cut. Both cycles ended with me getting a cold. This last one was bad. I missed a week of gym time this time just from being sick. Today was my first day back. I don't know if DNP led to me getting colds specifically.

I'm thinking of finishing cutting down to 220 with EC. Or not, maybe just TRT and a low calorie diet with weightlifting and cardio and no stimulants. Maybe another low dose anavar cycle in the summer. My plan now is to get to 220 and get my first dexa scan. Then I'll know how much I need to cut to get to 10%. Then a lean bulk, then maybe a small cut to get to 220 at 10%. I will get there in the near future.

Curious: what do you consider low dose? 25 mg?

I gotten three cold/sinus infections in the last 7 or 8 months, the most I can recall in that short of time frame in years.

Interestingly enough, one was 4 days into my first cycle, one was in the middle of a long cycle, and the last was 2 days after quitting a short cycle.

This last one was 40 mg/day along with TRT. 40 is as high as I've gone. If you post on steroid boards that you're taking 40 mg as a 250 pound man, they'll tell you that's a woman's dose. Real men take 100 mg or more.

Hey so I'm doing a 28 day cycle of 250mg DNP.
I'm taking two days pre-cycle to grab and take an anti histamine drug as a precaution. The supplements I will be taking are Nac, Vit E,C, and drinking two V8's a day. Will get my carbs stricly from fruit. Any thoughts boys?

Maybe you want to add Alpha-Lipoic Acid and a multivitamin.

28 days in a row? My dream becomes ugly when I'm on the fifth or sixth day with 250 mg. So, I do cycles of 8 days, 8 ON, 8 OFF.

The anti histamine isn't necessary unless you start getting rashes. No need to take extra vitamins E & C beyond what's in your multi already. i would also plan on some more starchy carbs beyond fruit. I've done DNP both ways and a little higher carbs really helped alleviate the carb cravings and binges when I didn't have them. If you start sweating a lot due to the summer weather make sure to get extra sodium and potassium.

Last summer I suffered dehydration due to a cycle of 20 days. It was very hot, I'm sure it was the cause.
