Default Rfl 270-250

Sup people.

I have already dieted for the last 5 weeks, but a little bit too loose.

Last summer was at 239 lbs with visible upper abs. The goal is to get to 240 lbs asap. Height - 6.4, 26 y/o.

I am starting a log here for additional advice and motivation.

RFL I:
Day 1: 286 lbs
Day 21: 271 lbs

4 days break (went to Montreal, walked my I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post. off)

RFL II: First week already done.

Day 1: 278.3 lbs
Day 7: 267.6 lbs


Background: Competed in sports my whole life (MMA- 4 fights, JUDO - regional champ, RUGBY - college 4 years, BBALL - 9 years), but last 12 months have been too stressful to support my health due to work.
I quit my job and will spend the next 1.5 months just enjoying life and getting back in shape.
Injuries: Working on knees, shoulders and strained bicep. Can't jog or cycle.

Here we go!

Day 1 at 278 relaxed.

Day 8: 270.3 (after re-feed)


Note: Had a good depletion workout today. The day was pretty good, ni hunger, good energy (after finally getting enough sleep). Just came back from a boat cruise party. Didn't dance much (love it), but still stood on my feet and walked around a lot for 3 hours).

Note: I want to really dial in this week, especially in terms of cabs. I have been enjoying too much "free meal coffee" recently where I would get a regular small coffee and not count the calories. I want to get this week 100% by the book (except more cardio, because I am just used to having lots of activity)

Day 9: 272.1 lbs



Note: Today was just a torture. Zero energy, hunger and just feeling like sh^t. Drank diet coke last..so bloated up a little bit too.
Not much to report, will keep pushing.
Gets a bit annoying when no one notices you lose close to 20 lbs, but thats part of the game.

No options left but to "dial in" the diet to 100%. I am sure there are cream and sugar calories that I have not been accounting for and lying to myself. Need to fix it. Tired of scale rising for some reason.

Day 10: 272.3 lbs (whyyyy)



Note: Everything was 100% accounted for today. Finally bought stevia. Got coconut oil. Was not a bad day, but had some light depressive feeling early in the day. Later everything went to normal. Last 2 days have been horrible in terms of mood swings.

But pushing on. Had 2 good cardio sessions today, slow and steady walking on 7.0 incline.
