Default Trenning for Body Recomposition

Lyle (and smart peoples of this board),

What's your opinion on training volume/frequency if the goal is body recomposition.. while moderately enhanced? Let's say moderate doses of trenbolone and test. Let's also say nutrition will hover very slightly below maintenance. For a friend, you know.

I ask on a natural board because the guys with first hand experience I've spoken to have linked me 6 day bodypart splits with 25 rep bicep sets, among other things. Not that I don't trust their judgement, but I get the distinct feeling they're the type that know their way around lady parts better than they do a sentence. I don't discriminate hey.

If I were following an upper lower split with an extra 30-40% volume on top of natural volume recommendations, close to the GBR, while in a big surplus, with good results, would it not be a smart idea to reduce volume by about a third? Should volume be reduced even further to allow recovery?

I know this is all very individual, but educated opinions would be great.
