Common guys, it's just to emphasize that there's a huge error in the Dexa scan. Women will never reach a true 11.5 BF%

Those ones who are completely shredded, ya know, onion skin... are possibly as low as 11%

Maybe you are undead? That would really mess with your skin tone though; and probably look pretty horrible on stage.

Just for illustration, this pic is when I was pre comp and low BF, so may not have been 11.5%, with Dexa's margin for error, but it was pretty low

It's impressive, no doubt. However we need a full body image to make conclusions about one's body fat percentage.

Oh please! She's done multiple DEXAs and posted a picture showing a very vascular abdomen, clearly showing very low bodyfat. But despite the evidence, it's so fixated in your head that "women will NEVER reach 11.5%", that your only lame comebacks are "she'd be dead", or "DEXAs are wrong" so even if she posted a full body image, I'm sure you'd come up with some other lame BS retort.

All odds are against 11.5 BF%:
- DEXA
- Essential fat for women is in the 10-13% range
- If she has typical female fat patterning, lean abs won't say anything about BF%.
- Increased error when reaching a BF% percentage close to the amount of essential fat

So, obviously, no conclusive evidence.

I'll ignore your personal, slightly frustrated, remarks.

Determinism, you're quite determined to show your ignorance.

Since when did a "typical female fat pattern" apply to ALL women? We're not all hips and butts! Using typical ranges to dispute ONE woman's actual statistics is absurd.

As for the "conclusive evidence" you're looking for, you'll need an autopsy for that. Everything else is an estimate but many consider DEXAs as more reliable than other measures (which normally understate bf%).

Lots of lols

You are all confusing essential fat for life functions + reproductive functions, and essential fat merely for life functions alone. In terms of the bare minimum amount in order simply to remain ALIVE, it's lower than 10% for women as well as for men.

If anybody can produce actual evidence that a woman will die at a bf% between 6-9%, I'd be astonished. That is to say, die due to systemic failure

Nobody is confusing anything. The odds are against 11.5%. See the list above. Nobody is dying today.
