Say you wanted to get fat the way we all want to gain muscle as fast as possible.
What is the one food meal/dish you would use to do it?

Nah.

Just make 3 1500+ calorie shakes and have at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Whey powder, peanut butter, sugar, full fat milk, banana, oats, coconut oil. Etc. Easy to reach 1500.

Three times a day.

Cheap as.

And a fat arse in a month flat

Blue Bell Ice Cream = instant weight gain

All it takes for me, one big bowl of ice cream every night.

Maybe it's good I don't live where you can buy it anymore.

These responses are hilarious! I like the shake idea as a matter of utility, but man I've had such good luck with pizza and beer in the past. Tried and true!
