I am considering buying this package since I compete in amateur boxing. My question is, is this worth purchasing if one has already read/understood most of the articles on the main site? Most of the reviews cite that the major selling point is that the information in ANMS is very practical/succinct/immediately applicable. Basically, I am wondering if this is a condensed version of existing articles in a widely-accessible format, or if it contains a lot of new information that your average fitness-obsessed intraweb-wannabe-labcoat type hasn't yet seen.
