mmm

I'm a developer myself and have developed a few android apps.
My problem is that I suck with UI (like most developers )

Only thing I noticed is that on Thursday morning, the protein stays the same as tho it were the whole day amount. Example, my mon-wed has 213g protein, my thursday morning has the same amount, when it should be ~75% of that. It also shows my fat intake for that morning as -.5%. All other calcs seem normal tho. Great work!

Thanks for this, really nice to see I'm not the only person who gets OCD with his training/diet program.

I'll be adding extra tabs to create my training logs for UD 2.0 so it'll be nice having everything under one roof.

Question

adk, how tough would it be to modify the spreadsheet so it reflects the variant on pp. 71-72. Basically, Thursday would be identical to Wednesday and Friday is the tension workout in the morning followed by an all-day carb-up feeding.

That is awesome, great info. Do you happen to have a spreadsheet of your workout plan? What exercises, how many sets etc.
