![]() Is saturated fat crucial for optimize testosterone and libido?
I am now eating maintenance kcal with 20% kcal come from fat. Most fat are come from fish (real fish, not oil), flax-seed oil and some milk. That 85/90 grams fat a day. 20 grams comes from saturated fat. My libido is a little low and i wondering this has something to do with low saturated fat intake? If the answer is yes, how much grams saturated fat is ideal to optimize all these hormones? Last edited by monkey666 : 02-08-2019 at 06:18 PM. |
