Default 3.5 weeks after the end of my first RFL diet

I have lost 3 more lbs to about 155lbs.

Started doing fasting from waking up to 1:30pm.

My second meal is around 5pm and third meal is around 7.

Last 7 day's Macros - 160g protein, 100g carb, 31g fat. Avg calries is about 1300

I play soccer about 2x a week and hit the gym 3x a week.

Getting sick is a huge challenge to maintaining energy so I am taking 6,000mg of vitamin C.

Congratulations! Sounds like what we would all like to happen after ending a round of RFL.

Are you feeling satisfied/not a lot of hunger on the 1300 calorie's?

Yes, I find the fasting a challenge in the beginning. But black coffee helps.

the pros of skipping food in the morning is I won't feel hungry at night.

And it's a lot easier to skip food in the morning when I have a stronger will power.
