You're still a fatty. Hurry up. </sarcasm> Your overall muscularity makes it seem like you have less BF than you do, which is a GOOD thing. I'd say you look 14-17% BF.

Cool

You're being VERY complimentary I think. But thanks, man. I've been lifting since 1992, with maybe a 3 year hiatus during that time, so I better have some darn muscle... I started as a 160 lb skinny-fat guy, with probably 120-130lb of LBM. I THINK I'm at roughtly 170-175lbs LBM now. So, that's 40-60 lbs of muscle added over 20 years or so. Most if it, mind you was put on early in my "career" without ever really doing a bulk. I jackarsed around with some crazy programs (Cybergenics, anyone?), 100 rep sets, Mentzer's "Heavy Duty" routine, to name a few, but never really had a "plan", until last year. Even then, I wasn't 100% certain of where I was going. I am now. Finally. Without a doubt. Completely focused on and driven to achieve what I once considered impossible. Single. Digit. Bodyfat. It will happen. One way, or another... Like I said, We got this.
