Default L-Tryosine vs N-Acetyl-Tyrosine

I know in the book Lyle mentions supplementing with L-Tyrosine at 1g-3g a day. I've been taking 2g each morning with my cardio.

Does anyone have an opinion on what difference it makes to use N-Acetyl-Tyrosine instead?

And also, what would the dosage be? If NATL is supposed to be absorbed easier into the body, should the dosage be changed?

Is 2g of L-Tyrosine comparable to 2g of NATL?

Thanks,
