Default Is it harmful to do SFP 2.0 everday?

Ive been doing the SFP 2.0 for about two weeks now recently i did the SFP 2.0 four days in a row, two of which were followed by a half hour of weight training. I do the SFP on a rowing machine, i just wanted to know is it harmful that im doing this much work a day even though ive felt no ill side effects from it.-16 years old also taking yohimbine,caffine and L-tyrosine

Wow, your doing the full protocol too? Should take around 65 minutes if you do it fully and correctly.

4 days in a row?!

Do you even lift?? Or just do intervals and then pass out.

I've read the book and realize it said 3 days a week max but I've felt no ill sod effects from it so maybe is it ok for me to do it at least 5-6 times a week with a rest on Sunday or wedneday

1. Nobody breaks until they break
2. Why did you but MY book if you don't care what it tells YOU to do
3. Why did you ask for advice when you clearly weren't remotely interested in what people were going to tell you?

Go do whatever your like. When you blow up in 4 weeks, come back and tell me I was right.
