Default new and old

I am a 51 yr old female, have lost lots of weight over many years, always gaining back. Weigh 215 now (sigh). Last time I lost weight I did strict 900 cal/day diet (low carbs, low fat and low cal) and no exercise and gained back all of the weight over the last 2 years.... have now joined a gym and started weight lifting (machines).

I am set to go back to low carb, but not as low as before as I was so tired, could never have worked out. Here is a sample of my proposed diet:
breakfast: egg whites and an apple
lunch: green salad, tuna, lots of fresh veggies
snack: diet jello, 4 crackers
dinner: green veggies (steamed), chicken or fish, tea with a splash of milk

How does it look?? thanks for any suggestions/feedback

Buy Lyle's Rapid fat loss book (PMSF) book online and you will discover how to do low cal, weights AND fat loss. It's really good and has a lot of info you need to set up food and training and spare LBM.
