143 to 145lbs.

Eating 1700is per day.

Jogging twice a week and lifting light weights 2x per week.

One thing I have changed in the past month is eating little or no avocados. (It's hard for me to find avocados from California and Peru). Chilean ones are everywhere but they suck.

Instead, I am eating 4 teaspoons of flaxeed and 2 spoons of chia seeds everyday.

I also kept eating 1 oz of almonds and 1/2 oz of walnuts everyday.

I am finding it hard to poop. So I may add avocados back to my smoothies.

Right now, if I can't poop, I'll just eat 1 additional oz of almonds and flush it down with coffee.

11.14.2017

Pre-thanksgiving update

I've been eating a lot of sweetened greek yogurt and flaxseeds (4 teaspoons a day) and it's showing up in my waist and weight.

somehow, sugar and seeds don't work the same as almonds. so I am cutting back on sweetened yogurts and flaxseeds.

I ate 2 avocados last week and was able to crap so well. it's amazing.

weight is around 145/146ish. More on the 146ish side.

also, i've been skipping the Stubborn Fast Loss 2.0. Need to get back to it.

so my experience tells me...almost every calories count (except nuts) and SFL 2.0 really works. I need 2x a week to stay lean.

If you can't get avocados or don't want the calories, I recommend MiraLAX. Two capfuls per day, one in the morning and one at night, until you get soft poos, then taper down (one per day, one every other day, etc). Amazon Prime has it for a really good price plus a $3 digital coupon.

145.2 @ 9am this morning after 24oz ish of black coffee.

I've been sick for the past week and have not been tracking what I eat carefully and it looks like I am not gaining weight because of the high vitamin C dosages I've been taking. 5000mg or more a day.

Feeling well enough to start gym tomorrow.

Weight had gone up to 153ish.

Root causes of my higher calories intakes:
1. Eating sugary greek yogurts.
2. Eating less veges
3. Eating more fruits and carbs

I also need to get back to SFS 2.0.

149.6 @9am after coffer/before food.

Will try to go down to 146 before my Vegas trip. No Sterling Brunch Buffet this time.

147.2 for the past few days.

I have cut back my protein intake by 50% and started drinking more water because I think that makes my kidney work less.

My calories intake is about 1300 with about 80grams of protein and 1 OZ of almonds for fat. The rest are all vegetables.

I have been steady at around 149.6.

I reduced protein to under 60grams for 3 months and got a nasty viral infection. Going back up to about 100g now to give myself more good stuff against those nasty things.

Still eating around 1500 calories a day. Not working out as much. Maybe 2 to 3 times a week.
