Default Different sort of question about protein vs peptides...

I'm a woman so naturally I take extra care of my skin and try to fight the impossible fight against wrinkles. (nearing 50 )

I take a protein shake (whey protein isolates & concentrates) and also HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN PEPTIDES in powder form which 'supposedly' is for hair/skin/nails.

Ingredients:
Grass-Fed Pasture Raised Bovine Hide Collagen Peptides.
serving size is 2 scoops (20g) which has 18gm protein.
(I couldn't figure out how to attach the label so here is the link to the product https://www.iherb.com/pr/Sports-Rese...oz-454-g/71106)

I realize this is more of a cosmetic question but do the 'peptides' address any more benefits (skin/hair/nails) then a regular protein shake? I don't want to keep spending money on the peptides if it is just BS.

Thank you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply Lyle.

Good, I'm glad to know the 'peptides' have more benefits cosmetically. I don't want to be one of these desperate women who will try anything and everything to slow down the harshness of time....but I am!
