http://www.oikosyogurt.com/products/...-single-serve/ With 1/2 scoop of whey protein (Use Vanilla or non-flavored; though I haven't tried throwing chocolate in there to see what happens). For me, I get 32 grams using this method. Don't use the small containers use a bowl so you have room to mix. It tastes great...I think it even enhances the yogurt. The consistency is thicker and it is an easy source of protein, calcium, and fiber (the yogurt in this brand is fiber enhanced). I found this out randomly experimenting this morning. |

![]() I've been mixing a combination of casein protein (Chocolate Supreme from Optimum Nutrition is my favorite), 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, peanut butter, and semi-defrosted frozen mixed fruits in various volumes of each ingredient for breakfast for years now.
The Casein is the key ingredient, makes the consistency awesome and is delicious. |

8-10 oz. of fruit juice 2 scoops whey protein, chocolate or vanilla 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries Sometimes I add a tablespoon of honey or some wheat germ. |
