Default Cat 1 PSMF first timer

ok.. it is my first go round with PSMF. I started Sunday. I didnt get to weigh Sunday morning, so Monday morning it was 139.3. I plan to put every day's macros in here with a daily weight to get any feeback from anyone knowledgable who is willing to take a look and lend advice when needed. So- here goes..oh and I am 23 % BF and 5 ft 4. That puts me a Cat 1

Day One Sunday 4-20 Off Day from cardio/training
855 calories
17 fat
38 carbs
135 protein

Day Two Monday 4-21
931 calories
15 fat
26 carbs
161 protein

Cardio- 30 minutes low intensity elliptical
Training-
CDL 3x5
Front Squats 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Close Grip Pulldowns 3x5
Supersetted Bicep Curls with Side Laterals 2x8

Weight this morning- 138.4 so down almost a lb.

will post today's eats later on..

Day 2 totals ( 4-22)

899 calories
18 fat
23 carb
155 protein

Weight on Day 3 (4-23) 137.3 so down 2 lbs in two days..water Im sure, but still in the direction I want. Training to follow later today.

Day 3

Weight is the same this morning 137.3.. macros were off a bit due to too much cottage cheese and being out of fish oils.
Shopping today will fix both those problems
feelin good. more to come..

44 carbs( too much FF cottage cheese)
