Default st pattys day

was a BLAST! stayed in NYC with a few friends since Sun and just got back. It was so much fun! It was my first st pattys day in NYC and my meals and alcohol intake was less to be desired but i am back and I have no other trips planned for the next 13 weeks so i am good to go.

Smile I'm Back!

Okay so after a 2 month Hiatus i am back. The past couple months have been a whirlwind, i have new work hours which means no nightsssss, i am stoked!!!!! I can finally start a new routine & stick with it.
~THERE ARE NO EXCUSES~

Beginning stats:
Female, 5'6, 28 yrs old & 175lbs ugh, that is so horrible..... i have succeeded in almost everything in my life except being happy with my body, i will change that starting today...

Starting my PSMF tomorrow morning:
*Fasted cardio @ 5am *
M1- 6 egg whites
M2- Tuna packet w. mustard
M3- Chicken 3 oz w/ broccoli
M4- protein shake
M5 - Instone chocolate protein pudding

I bought my caffeine and Bronkaid so i am going to take one dose @ 9am & another @ 3pm.

How does this look?

I was going to incorporate weights but not sure if i should:
*lunges/ squats/ deadlifts /push-ups /sit-ups ??

Default Day 1

Cardio- done 45 min elliptical @ 5am

today was a hectic day and i didnt get to eat until 2pm.

m1-1/2 cup ff cc w/ salsa
m2- 3oz chicken w/ broccoli and cauliflower
m3- protein pudding

not sure what else i will fit in

cardio- 45 min treadmill incline @ 11 speed 3.6-4.0

weights
~3X10 of each exercise~
back squats
front squats
lunges
step ups
db chest press
calf raises
abs
push-ups

M1- 1 cup ew w/ ff cheese
M2- tuna packet w/mustard
m3- fat free cc w/ salsa
m4- 3oz grilled chicken

So far been a good day:
cardio- 45 min elliptical am and 30 min incline treadmill @ 11-12.0 and 4.0 mph
weights- no


M1- protein shake w/ blueberries 130c 5:30am
M2- tuna packet w/ mustard 1030am
M3-ff cc w/ salsa
M4-?
M5- 1 cup eggwhites w. ff cheese for dinner

Cool Day 4

Planned meals today are:
EC stack @ 6am

M1- protein shake w/ blueberries 530am
M2- tuna packet w/ mustard...
M3- ?
m4-?

Today is my boyfriends birthday and we are going out to dinner to celebrate...
not sure what i am going to eat but prob a grilled chicken salad... no dresssing...?????

One thing i have a problem with is when i have a cheat meal i go overboard... i am good about staying with my meal plan but if i get a taste of sugar.. uh oh ~
I also have issues with the scale... i am afraid if i dont see that i have lost i will get down on myself and say screw this.... so i havent weighed myself.

Smile Days 5-7 and 8

Went away this past weekend.. for the most part stayed on plan, wasnt able to get any "planned" cardio/weights in but we did some walking and played with my bfs nieces and nephews...

DAY 8
EC STACK @ 615AM
M1-ff cc w/salsa 630am
M2- tuna w/ mustard noon
M3- 1/2c ff cc
M4- chicken and veggies

cardio-
incline walk @ 12 & 4.0 mph
squats/deads/lunges/step-ups

not sure about lifting... maybe if i have energy
