PSMF kick start
So, I've decided to give this a go and see how I do even though I have limited power on groceries...(I live with my bf's family and they take up all the room in their fridge and basement for that matter...costco buyers oy)
Actually, I'll explain a little more.
They are Vietnamese and eat rice with almost everything and noodles with everything that isn't everything with rice. They have nothing diet (as they are skinny to a fault) and eat all sorts of sweets. However, there is usually some sort of vegetable in the fridge as well as, if it hasn't been snatched up and cooked in some sort of sweet sauce, some sort of chicken or fish.
But, I am figuring this is a short term thing so I'll be fine.
Anyways, so far, it's working out pretty well. I've run out of the tuna fish I've bought, but have been utilizing shrimp and chicken when they have it. Also, I've been supplementing with whey protein powder...
Basic measurements (because I'm too lazy to post the rest right now )
higher waist: 28"
lower waist: 31"
4/29 SW(of regular diet)155
5/19 SW (of psmf) 145.1
5/23 140.8 (Had a cheat meal for me and my twin sis' bday)
Measured again and...
higher waist: 26"
lower waist: 29"
Had a planned free meal today but only at 1200cals so I'm feeling pretty good because I thought I might go crazy at this point. But, actually, I didn't feel much like eating anything other than a mega pbj sandwich.
Excited for next week and enjoy eating like this as my bf finally thinks I have will power or something. But, other than that don't feel better about myself...in fact, feel worse.
but I'll get over it I'm sure.
In any case...it's pretty fun so far to restrict like this and I think I actually enjoy it.
A little bit more and when I'm done with this I think I'll do an IF thing.
