Day 10

129 lbs, I seem to be loosing 1 pounds a day.

-Egg whites, spinach and cheese
-Protein shake and celery
-Fish and salad
-Red meat, salsa, cheese, asparagus
-Cottage cheese mixed with Jello (it is soooo good!)

And a 40 minutes SS cardio on bike

It takes me a really long time to recover from my workouts. I can barely touch my toes today.

Day 12

I did not sleep well last night, I am feeling nauseous and I have a terrible headache.... I just want to crawl back into bed. Which is not an option because I have four meetings today.

-I had the hardest time eating my egg whites, spinach and cheese meal.
-Protein shake and celery
-Chicken salad (well, I hope to find it in a small junk food restaurant)
-Red meat, cheese, salsa and asparagus

No workout because I needed the extra hour of not being able to sleep in my bed.
45 minutes - Walk with the dog at the end of the day

I just want to know: Will the headaches ever go away or is it something I just have to deal with?

Most people get adapted to ultra low carb within 2 weeks; some it takes up to 3, and some seem to always feel like crap on low carb. Hopefully you're not in the last group! Stock up on caffeine and painkillers, and remember it's a short-term diet.

Oh, also make sure you're drinking enough water--low carb can be dehydrating, and dehydration can cause headaches.

Day 13
Friday!!!

128 lbs

-Egg whites, spinach and cheese
-Cottage cheese mixed with Jello
-Chicken salad
-Protein shake and celery
-Red meat, cheese, salsa and mixed veggies
I am a creature of habit...

Squat 1X6X85 2X6X90
RDL 1X6X115 1X6X125 1X6X135
Lunges 1X10X65 1X10X75
Calf raise 1X10X80 1X10X100
Back extension 1X10X10 1X10X10
Wood chop 2X10X30
And the usual 20 minutes SS cardio with a walk with my dog at the end of the day.

I'm feeling very good this morning, no headache and I managed to sleep 3 hours straight!

I think I will keep an eye on my water intake... it could be the problem, thanks!

Day 14

I am really looking forward to have dinner with my boyfriend tonight. We've been busy lately and it's been a while since we had a chance to be together.

-Egg whites, spinach and cheese
-Chicken salad
-Cottage cheese mixed with Jello
-Cheat meal!

No workout today, but a nice walk with my dog. It is so sunny outside.

I did not have headache yesterday and I think the water-caffeine-more sleep combo help.

Day 15

-Egg whites, spinach and cheese
-Chicken salad
-Cottage cheese mixed with jello
-Chicken, mushroom, pepper, zucchini
-Protein shake

A nice 45-minutes walk with my dog, it's beginning to get warmer outside.

And here's my question: I will have to take a break from RFL from Friday dinner until Monday breakfast. Should I still do a refeed (or a cheat) on Wednesday?

So that will be 2 1/2 days at maintenance (or thereabouts?) over the weekend, and then back to the diet?

Don't really need the refeed in that case. Possibly not what you wanted to hear ... sorry!
