Also, you do know that you can just separate the yolks from the whites when making eggs right?? Just have 10 whites instead. It makes one hell of an omlette.

Base it on your hunger level. If you hit 270 gms and are still hungry then you have room for additional food. If not then skip it for more of a deficent, calories are still calories and you won't see any benefit from increasing your intake to 360 gms, so start low.
By the time I hit 270g for the day, I'm definitely not hungry for more. So I guess I'll just aim for 1.5g.

I just hate the taste of plain egg whites alone, which is why I buy egg substitute. Today I just had two whole eggs and the rest were just the egg white from the whole eggs. The second yolk was actually by accident, fell in while separating.

Egg white
10g Fish Oil (upped it from 6g)
Imitation Bacon bits (just to add some taste to my eggs and only came to 62 calories)
Whey Protein
Tuna

There are all kinds of spices you can add to egg whites to improve taste, start with salt and pepper, hot sauce, calorie free mustard, all good choices. Keeps things from getting boring also.

I ended up having a second omelet yesterday and put hot sauce in it. Tasted awesome!

Do you like cumin?

Add some finely-chopped onions and tomatoes, sprinkle with cumin, top with cilantro, and they taste almost as good as Moroccan eggs.

Thanks to your suggestion today I mixed some onions, tomatoes, cumin, and cayene pepper in. Tasted great!

I'm glad to hear it. Please keep posting your experiments. Egg whites can get tiresome!

egg white cheescake is the bomb! 10 egg whites, tub of ff cream cheese, splenda, cinnamon, and your choice of SF syrups (strawberry for the win). Can of pumpkin works well too. Blend it all together and bake for about 45 minuts, tastes awesome. Do a search on the old forum for it.
