Hi Fitness Diva!

Yes, I just saw the no interval training - I will go back and review that section in my book tonight and drop the cardio!!

I did go low on my refeed cause I was at a conference last week and had two cheat meals. My book is old and there is a section that says two cheat meals, 1 refeed - then on another page it has 1 cheat and 1 refeed - so after reading thru here I realized it's 1 cheat and 1 refeed... I will up my carbs this next week - I need to get some better stuff for my refeeds - thank you for all the feedback - it's really appreciated!

Oh I'm in the Bay Area

Wait this just registered! 3g/lb LBM???? I definitely need to read this again! My LBM is approximately 112 to 115 lbs - so that is 300 grams of carbs all in 5 hours? 1200 calories

maybe I need to buy the new version of this book

Thanks Fitness Diva!!

Hi Zoe! Yes the old book was unclear on free meals/refeeds. You are correct that it is 1 free meal + 1 refeed.

I am in the Bay Area too!

Um yeah, I had the same reaction, mine is 300+ g of carbs too. I actually decided to do a 1-day refeed instead of only 5 hours, because honestly I cannot fit that much food into my bod in only 5 hours. That's technically not the way we are supposed to do it, but unless I sit down in front of the sugar canister with a spoon, there is no way I will hit my target carb grams.
