I guess you say that because I’m king of obsess with maccros tracking
And it’s true
At the beginning I was obsess with building muscle, It was my all life, so I was tracking my maccros to gain weight
But one day I had the crazy idea of dieting, sinve then, I’m mostly interested in low body fat
But whatever my goal I’ve always track my maccros, I like it, and I’m flexible, probably a little too much, a lot of calories come from junk food, we eat soo much junkfood in my family

Yeah that’s the reason why I want to eat at maintenance, going at gym my free day, and trying to progress in other area than fitness in which I spent lot of time

If I were you I would stop counting calories, have mostly healthy nutrition plus whatever junkfood i want and do a bulking routine at the gym. Heck ur still developing

I’I need to read the rules post.m looking for a job on week ends and vacancy, I feel like a slacker to live with my mother's hook (she thinks it's normal, but I'd like to be more useful)

Bulk. Why would you maintain? You're a kid, you have all time of the world now. Use it to build your body. It becomes exponentially harder to do so as you age.

yes I will do that, from next wednesday, from here I will deload (I never managed to deload, every time I find a reason to resume earlier hard workout)
