Welp, it looks like setting maintenance at 14 x bodyweight is too low. I've been using apprx 2590 as maintenance on a daily basis and I've been trying to average apprx 2700 per day to give me 100+ daily surplus.

Scale is not budging.

Meanwhile, strength is increasing consistently, but I'm guessing that's neural.

Try bumping up your calories to 2600. That should do it. 😉

Hey...multiply BW x 14 and that's what I get! What can I say.

If Lyle said multiply by 14.136 I guess I'd use that figure and hit 2600.
