RDL 135*6, 155*8, 175*2*8 (I don't want to hurt my back further. It actually felt good doing these, I'm just not fully healed.)
Leg extensions 170*12, 180*12, 190*12, 180*12
Leg curl 150*12, 140*12
Crunch 45*2*12 (These felt a bit weaker, probably practice.)

40 minutes bike 320 calories, 5 minutes cool down 20 calories.

Dips 8, +20*8, +45*8, +50*8, 7 (Shoulders stopped bothering me. Maybe it is the increased rest I forced upon myself due to the back pseudo injury. I have taken 5 days between my upper workouts since then. I guess connective tissue had to catch up.)
Wide pull ups 6, +5*6, 6 (I don't feel like these are progressing that well.)
Incline dumbell press 60*12, 5 (Triceps and shoulders were toast after dips and the first set. I know I'm not getting weaker based on the first set. These won't progress anyway, since 60 is as high as it goes.)
Yates row 95*12 (Reintroducing the movement, and making sure back is set.)
Lateral 20*12 (These felt tough. Dips must take more out of my medial debts than I thought.)
Curls 35*12
Skipped Triceps



Back feels good. I always feel better after workouts, so I think it is just muscular. I have almost complete range of motion again, and only at the very top of contraction do I notice discomfort.

Almost forgot, my weight is 167.5.
