Default Dan's Diet Log

Hello all,
I have never attempted a Diet Log, time for some honesty, accountability and advice. I want to lose at least 5-6kg. I am doing weights training, some cardio, but it's diet I am relying on. I will weigh in tomorrow and take a waist measurement.

Macros listed as Protein / Fat / Carbs - Calories

Thurs 16/6/16

Breakfast
2 x eggs on toast with white coffee 1 sugar
21/13/51 - 400

Lunch
Chicken Pesto Pasta
56/24/35 - 597
