Default My plan

My plan is to keep doing my usual low carb (I can't eat any other way now) and intermittent fasting 3 times a week or so, and add in SFP 2.0.

Since I don't train for competition or anything, I was going to do it 3-4 mornings a week, depending on how I feel. Even the two times I've done it so far and my arms already look so much more toned!

I lost 45 lbs last year changing to low carb and IF, but this last 15 lbs is just GLUED to my bones! I can fast 5 of them off but they come right back on!

I stopped exercising when I went low carb, because I learned that steady state cardio I was doing wasn't helping me lose weight (in fact, was probably causing more weight gain). I always knew there was an answer to the exercise question, just like there was to the diet question. I think Lyle got it right. I think I was releasing the FFA's but not burning them off, so they were being re-stored.

I only weigh once a week so will see what happens!

Isn't SPF supposed to be 1-2 times a week?
