Default UD 2.0 Video

Lyle,

Ever thought of making videos for UD 2.0, SFP or any other diet book?

You've indicated videos generally bore you to death, but they could really help those who don't get things such as depletion sets, interval intensity, and other concepts correct.

They could even be comical with you making fun of idiots that do SFP intervals every day or other retarded training concepts. Could be good and make you some $.

And show what exactly. Training videos esp. watching folks do the workouts are boring as all getout. If people really can't understand '15 reps at 2 secnd up/2 seconds down', I doubt watching a video would help them. IF I were to ever do a DVD, it'd be a technique training thing.

A training video would definitely do it.

It may be boring, but it would help alot of people once they actually see how you expect them to train, instead of just reading it. Sometimes concepts are more easily grasped when seen, rather than read.

Just a thought.
