I took 20-25 grams spread out over my 24 hour carb load. Although, as Darth Pooh pointed out, I once accidentally took about 30g at one time,lol. It definitely made for an interesting carb load. Load being the key word

Not much, as Lyle did an excellent job in basically spoon feeding what to do and how to do it, but like most people will say, the toughest thing to nail down is the amount of carbs needed for the carb load. I stuck with ~1100g the entire time and consistently made progress. I did consider lowering or even raising the amount occasionally, but figured, if it ain't broke...
