Default Traveling and staying on track

hi all, i may be going out of town for a few days on saturday, anyone have any tips for traveling and UD2.0?
i will need a power rack for squats for sat power workout, i was kind of freaking because i know the hotel wont have one, but then, DUH, i figured i could find a gym down there and get a one day pass, even if i have to pay. so workouts wont really be an issue, but cals is what i am worried about. sat and sun can be maintance, but i had planned on cutting them back about 500 cals from 2100 to 1500ish, i hate eating out on diets, as i like to know exactly how many cals i am taking in. but if i eat out for a meal or two over the wknd it shouldnt be too big of an issue, as monday is when it will be crucial not too,
so any food suggestions to take for the hotel or any tips? im planning on taking tuna, beef jerky, protein shakes. any suggestions for clean carbs on sat and sun? probably no refridge or microwave available.

thanks for any tips ; )
