Default day 6/12 update

Feeling really good right now! Hit a leg workout today and my strength was still on point, still managed 350x6 on back squats and 85x6 on bulgarian splits. I feel way leaner today, I took some photos at the gym and I definitely could see a difference, full on abs again. I tried uploading photos on here for you guys but I couldn't figure it out. I will keep trying. All in all going well, and hey halfway there! Were smooth sailing now! I also wanted to say I have a lot of motivation and determination to do this because as I was looking I saw so few cat 1 logs. I get it, its hard but I want to show you what can be expected so Im more determined than ever to finish it out!

Default Day 7/12

Woke up to a new low weigh in of 153.0! Looked lean this morning, pics are at the links above. The three where I look dead are from this morning and the other one that looks different is from yesterdays gym session. I am feeling good actually, over the halfway point and dialed in. The weight is dropping like crazy, this approach is brutally effective. Btw I will be doing a bod pod to test my actual numbers afterwards.

Default Day 7/12 update

Day 7 is in the books and I am rolling. Now, I am starting to feel tired and a bit fatigued but nothing too crazy. Honestly I haven't really dealt with hunger the last couple days, the first few it was tough but now I am fine. It's more cravings and overall fatigue. Regardless, we are closing in and I plan to dial it in through the end.

Good progress mate. Just make sure to stabilize at your new weight for a while, otherwise you'll pack it back on. Where to after, slow bulk?

Thanks man, woke up today feeling and looking even leaner per pics so thatís great. I am planning on doing a week-2 weeks at maintenance and then starting a nice proper lean/slow bulk to really improve my strength and gain some lean size while staying lean.

Default Day 8/12

Weight: 153.2(+.2)(-9)

Today is day 8(hell yes) so we are getting there! I slept amazing last night so I am feeling good today and definitely motivated to keep digging. I looked real lean today in my opinion, despite minor fluctuation, and can see visual progress every day really. Canít wait to see the end result!
