What’s the protocol with this? Also is it best to use gum or lozenges. Thanks! |

![]() Drink a coffee or energy drink and take gum at least 30 mins after. Dont chew it like regular gum. Take a bite and park it behind gums like chewing tobacco and move it around every few minutes or so.

![]() I typically take caffeine 15+ minutes prior, then I vape nicotine immediately before a workout until I feel like I've had enough.
Never tried the gum or lozenges, however they release nicotine a little slower. |
