Default Melatonin before cardio (During dieting)

Lyle and others,

Could this be useful before taken 1 hour before cardio during dieting to accelerate fat loss?

I dno't think making yourself sleepy prior to cardio will be useful

take 2 grams of glutamine 3 hours out

It's dumb on all levels. don't take a soporific before exercise

take caffeine
