![]() Hi.
Even if i don't reach the body fat level in which sfs give the best..since personal situation allow me to run only earl in the morning and i can' t eat anything...the last week i try yohimbine hcl...fat loss is definitively improved but running performance decreased... Especially near lactate threshold. Is that normal? Something to fix that? |

![]() Well, speaking from personal experience...
If you are losing fat, you are in a caloric deficit. Running, and athletic performance in general, usually suffers during a caloric deficit. How to fix it? Focus on maintaining your running while you get lean, and when you are happy with your bf level, up calories, continue training, and your performance will improve... |

![]() Could it be perceived effort?
When I tried Yohimbine for running the first time I felt a bit out of breath, but then I tried it again a few more times, while upping the dose gradually and it didn't affect my running negatively. |

![]() Is this thread serious? Trying to kill yourself or something?
Running performance "suffered"? Lol. If you took the right dosage YOU will suffer. Not your performance. Yohimbine is for walking or light cycling. Even the elliptical and stairmaster is difficult to do at a slow enough pace for yohimbine.

![]() Even when I was performing HOURS of cardio a day and had a ridiculously low heart rate I was reaching 130 with moderately fast walking.
I'd say you're either dosing too low or possibly underestimating your heart rate on this stuff. Either way you shouldn't be running on Yohimbine. It's dangerous and the whole point of yohimbine is to burn stubborn fat. Running tilts the scales towards burning carbohydrate and muscle

![]() Ok. Probably i misunderstood the advice in sfp. In the next time i will use yohimbine before a walk or light cycling. I will use 16 mg (my weight is 79 kg right now)
