That's funny. Actually the real Day 1 was yesterday with my depletion. I just had a hard time getting started on in the middle of the work week from hell. I needed the rest the weekend affords to get on track. I feel pretty good, mentally now. I just need to work on my caloric intake. can't seem to fit 800 into my day without going long periods with out eating.

My day starts at 3am and can end about 8pm .

same with me but what i started doing was i started skipping the breakfast .....so its lunch around 2-3pm then at 7 again i have 1 meal and 10 would be the last meal , the benefit of this is it dosent seem iam deiting .maybe u can find it a little hard as ur day starts at 3am and ends at 8pm with me iam home ...so i dont have anything to do i sleep late wake up late so becomes a little easy for me .

Definitely easier, besides working, I have a husband ,son and dog that work me. HA!

my god now thats really hectic , but i think as some days go u will figure out how u can fit in those 800cals .

Okay since I am keeping calories higher than psmf, i am not going to refer to my plan as psmf. It does feel do-able though.

its fine in my view incase u can allways check in some weeks if the fat loss is really slow then u can tweak the cals to a little lower lvels but as per ur activity level in my view i dont think any prob going a little higher .

Thanks , that is what I am hoping as well. I really don't see why I can't lose if I keep carbs and fat low. Eating this way and no free meals and re feeding on oats , sweet potatoes no junk . I don't see why I can't lose nicely. In the 6-8 weeks get a nice lean look going.
