Day1- 171.4 (did a circuit workout)
Day 2-171.0
Day 3-169.4_(did a circuit workout)
Day 4-169.0 Did a re feed
Day 5-170.4 post refeed
will wait next time for 5th day to do that
Day 6 - 172.0 t re start plan today Back on RFL according to the book
Day 7-169.6 (upper body)
Day 8-167.6
Day 9-167.0 (20 min moderate SS cardio) -Appetite is not an issue will refeed on fri or sat 350g carbs
Day 10-165.0 Refeed and fm
Day 11- 168.4 (didnt get a workout got caught up in life)
Day 12-TOM didnt weigh back on plan though

Back at it again

Can't stay away! Doing UD2. On Sat (7/14/18) Bodyfat was 24% weight 166.
Female 5'9" 52 yo

The goal is to get below 160Lbs after a 6-week cycle
1300-1400 Cals Days 1-3
<50g carbs
170g protein
40g fat including fish oils
Will work on figuring out carb load days tomorrow
And start charting weight As well
