I've been doing some bodyweight training and I wanted to target my biceps. Since I don't have dumbbells I had to rely on my pull-up bar for anything related to pulling, hence using close grip chin-ups for biceps.
However I thought about doing behind the neck medium grip chin-ups since they appear to use more biceps during the movement. Yes, I'm aware of using proper form to prevent injury as pointed out in the lat pulldown technique
My questions lies with whether or not using BTN chin-ups would add more intensity for biceps or am I just better off continuing CG chin-ups.
